Photography is a powerful tool for this: it changes the way you see, encourages collaboration, and helps you discover new sides of yourself and of each other. In my photography workshops, it’s not just about technique, but about experience, creativity, and teamwork.
Possible formats for the team outing include:
Taking portraits of each other. Learn to truly see your colleagues.
Creating one piece of art together, with contributions from all team members.
Each participant creating a personal photographic artwork that tells something about who they are.
Team escape together in nature: working with light, landscape, and composition. Together, we embark on a journey of discovery! (Can also be organized as a week abroad.)
Creative assignment in the city.
Collaborative creative assignment related to the company.
